Our Team

Ben Kenyon
Principal Consulting Arborist and Director
Ben has over 20 years experience in the arboricultural industry in both the field and consultancy and is an expert in all aspects of tree management.
As the Principal Consulting Arborist at Homewood Consulting he has extensive experience in the preparation of arborist reports, tree management plans and tree retention assessments for planning and development.
Ben is also skilled in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to manage tree assets and has managed the development of tree inventories for numerous local government organisations.
Prior to establishing Homewood Consulting, Ben worked for over 15 years as a field Arborist for a number of organisations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor of Applied Science in Horticulture
Associate Diploma of Applied Science Horticulture (Arboriculture)
Certificate IV: Workplace Assessment and Training

Cameron Ryder
Senior Consulting Arborist
Cameron has over seven years experience as a Senior Consulting Arborist at Homewood, and has been extensively involved in the development of street tree inventories for a number of local governments.
Cameron is skilled in Geographic Information Systems and has worked with many local government organisations to develop street tree inventories and tree management plans. He has also experienced in construction supervision and advice.
Cameron has comprehensive tree knowledge and has lectured part time at Melbourne University, Burnley College.

Bachelor of Horticulture (Honours)
Advanced Diploma of Horticulture (Arboriculture)

Emma Barrett
Consulting Arborist
Emma is an experienced Consulting Arborist. Her areas of expertise include the collection of data for street tree inventories, development of tree protection plans and tree management strategies for local governments and the education sector.

Arran Provis
Consulting Arborist
Arran is a highly experienced Consulting Arborist. Specialises in tree hazard and construction impact assessment including root zone investigation using Airspade equipment. He has also been involved in the development of tree inventories for many local governments.

Blake Clancy
Consulting Arborist
Blake has over four years experience as a Consulting Arborist and is experienced in tree hazard assessments and street tree inventories. Blake has a special interest in tree selection, planting strategies and the development of tree renewal plans.

Rachael Clowes
Landscape Architect
Rachael has over 12 years experience as a horticulturist and over 7 years in Landscape Architecture. She has extensive practical landscape design knowledge with a particular interest in sustainable design with reclamation of degraded landscapes such as wetlands, revegetation and urban forestation. One of her passion’s is the ecologically sustainable suburban garden.

Masters in Landscape Architecture
